Paul Strauchler supervises the firm's real estate practice and has more than twenty years of experience in a broad range of real estate matters representing, among others, lenders, developers and investors in New Jersey and New York. He also administers the firm's alcoholic beverage and hospitality law practice, which includes the representation of national hotel and restaurant chains in a wide variety of matters, such as litigation, transactions, employment issues and regulatory dealings with the New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control and with municipalities. In addition, Mr. Strauchler handles corporate, commercial, healthcare and land use matters. Prior to joining PPGMS in 1990, he was associated with Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue, a major international law firm, in its New York City office.
