Fred Polak is the firm's Managing Partner. He supervises the firm's litigation practice. He spent the first six years of his professional life with the U.S. Department of Justice, including over three years with the United States Attorney's Office for the District of New Jersey. He has tried numerous cases before juries and has extensive bench trial experience as well. His practice includes shareholder/partnership disputes, employment matters, will contests, general corporate and commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense. He also assists the firm's clients in regulatory compliance matters when litigation is a possibility.
