John Post is outside General Counsel for many of the firm's closely held corporate clients and for various non-profit clients of the firm, and he conducts a broad Chancery litigation practice, both in the General Equity and Family Parts. Mr. Post spent the first three years of his professional life as a JAG Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, trying and presiding over courts-martial and advising Marine Commands in the United States, the Caribbean Basin, and the Republic of Vietnam. On his release from active duty he established a diverse federal and state litigation practice, founded PPGMS, and was appointed General Counsel for the New Jersey municipality where he lives, a position he holds to this day.
