Robert E. Spitzer is a litigation associate whose area of practice is split between medical malpractice defense and civil litigation. Prior to joining PPGMS, Robert was an associate at a Long Island based firm's New Jersey office where he practiced in all areas of litigation, including commercial, personal injury, construction and civil rights.
Robert is a pupil with the Justice Morris Pashman American Inn of Court, a member of the Danish American Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Seton Hall Alumni Council and serves as a board member of the Maxwell Place Condominium Association's Judiciary and ADR Committee. He is certified by the State of New Jersey to serve as a mediator.
