Stephen Rosenberg, Of Counsel at PPGMS, brings with him a thriving and diverse practice in Corporate and Commercial Law. He provides counsel to both large and small clients in all areas of corporate law, from entity formation to financing and all forms of commercial transactions. He has particularly extensive experience in securities law, guiding his clients through the intricacies involved with capital formation and securities compliance. Steve has helped his clients construct investment programs for sophisticated investors in many areas, primarily asset-backed syndications involving real estate, mortgages and equipment. He also has particular experience in FERC-related matters and energy law, providing counsel for entrepreneurial clients in over 40 alternative energy projects. His accomplishments include the coordination of several national and international mergers and acquisitions. He continues to develop his network of clients in his relationship with PPGMS.
