Linda Pickering concentrates on trademark, copyright and other intellectual property and Internet matters. She also has a broad range of general corporate and transactional experience. Formerly a director and Of Counsel to Lowenstein Sandler P.C. in Roseland, New Jersey, she most recently served as trademark counsel to a Fortune 500 company. She is the author of the New Jersey chapter of State Trademark and Unfair Competition Law , published by the International Trademark Association. Ms. Pickering has written, lectured and presented ICLE programs on the legal issues related to trademarks, domain names, and developing, protecting and transferring rights in computer software and other content, on and off the Internet. She was an adjunct professor at Stevens Institute of Technology, Wesley J. Howe School of Technology Management E-Commerce Graduate Program, and has taught at the Peter C. Tobin School of Business at St. John's University.
